I feel we were living out (in this day and age) the last commandment on covertness being taught in the church through the prosperity give to get messages.
The book of Jude, the last book in the Bible, before Revelations – and the last and final prayer to the saints.
This message to the church is so accurate for the time I believe is upon us to look upward and pray COME QUICKLY LORD JESUS. So many of the churches have compromised truth and now endorse every gay rights sexual perversion (licentiousness), abortion (murder), and doubting and discounting the Bible truths. (Only one way, the narrow gate – Jesus the way the truth the light).
Matthew 7: 13 “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.
John 14: 6 Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed [given by divine inspiration] and is profitable for instruction, for conviction [of sin], for correction [of error and restoration to obedience], for training in righteousness [learning to live in conformity to God’s will, both publicly and privately—behaving honorably with personal integrity and moral courage]; 17 so that the man of God may be complete and proficient, outfitted and thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Have mercy on some, who are doubting; save others,
SNATCHING THEM OUT OF THE FIRE;
and on some have mercy but with fear, loathing even the clothing spotted and polluted by their shameless immoral freedom. Jude 22-23
LICENTIOUSNESS
disregarding sexual restraints
Jude 1:4, 7-8, 12, 18-19
lascivious, lewd, libidinous, lubricious, lustful, passionate, wanton
Ephesians 4:19 And they, [the ungodly in their spiritual apathy], having become callous and unfeeling, have given themselves over [as prey] to unbridled sensuality, eagerly craving the practice of every kind of impurity [that their desires may demand].
SEPARATE YOURSELVES -- GET AWAY
FROM: Murder (abortion), Greed, and Rebellion
Justin Edwards' Family Bible New Testament
The way of Cain; relying on their own wisdom and goodness, and not on the wisdom and grace of God; envying, hating, and destroying those who were better and more highly favored than themselves. Genesis 4:4-8.
The error of Balaam; loving and coveting money.
Numbers 22:7-21; 2 Peter 2:15.
Core; Korah. Numbers 16:1-33. Rebellion
Jude: 19 "Then Korah assembled all the congregation against Moses and Aaron at the doorway of the Tent of Meeting (tabernacle). And the glory and brilliance of the Lord appeared to all the congregation.
20 Then the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying, 21 “SEPARATE YOURSELVES from among this congregation, so that I may consume them immediately.”
22 But they fell on their faces [before the Lord], and said, “O God, God of the spirits of all flesh! When one man sins, will You be angry with the entire congregation?” 23 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
24 “Say to the congregation, ‘GET AWAY from around the tents of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.’”
25 Then Moses arose and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. 26 And he said to the congregation, “Get away from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, or you will be swept away in all their sin.”
Whedon's Commentary on the Bible
Jude 11. The three types united in these men are Cain, Balaam, and Korah. The character, career, and final destiny of the three may be thus presented:
Cain—godlessness, fraternal murder, life under divine curse;
Balaam— licentiousness, bribetaking, slaughter in battle;
Korah—ambition, schismatic sedition, sudden consignment to lower hades.
Woe unto them—The menace of their final destiny is, like Cain, to be God-cursed; like Balaam, fated to slaughter; like Korah, bound for hades. The three verbs are in climax. Ran greedily, is, literally, they were poured out in that direction, like a stream or torrent. The climax then is, they went, they were poured, they perished. They imitated Cain in taking a mad career; like Balaam, they rushed headlong into licentious infamy for gain; like Korah, they rebelled against all holy authority and went down to the depths of death.
The comparison to Cain here, as in 1 John 3:12-15, does not affirm that these men were addicted to assassination, but indicates that murderous hatred of the brethren which John typifies in these same characters by the character of Cain. In regard to Balaam, consult our note on Revelation 2:14. The contradiction of Korah, expressed in Judges 1:8 by despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities, expresses the churchly turbulence and sedition of these men. Fraternal hate, mercenary licentiousness, and rebellion against the Christian body and government, are mainly the crimes charged.
Keep Yourselves in the Love of God
Jude:17 Remember the [prophetic] words spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.
18 They used to say to you, “In the last days there will be scoffers, following after their own ungodly passions.”
19 These are the ones who are [agitators] causing divisions—worldly-minded [secular, unspiritual, carnal, merely sensual—unsaved], devoid of the Spirit.
20 But you, beloved, build yourselves up on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit,
21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life.
22 And have mercy on some, who are doubting;
23 save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy but with fear, loathing even the clothing spotted and polluted by their shameless immoral freedom.
24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling or falling into sin, and to present you unblemished [blameless and faultless] in the presence of His glory with triumphant joy and unspeakable delight,
25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and power, before all time and now and forever. Amen.
Jude: 3 Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I was compelled to write to you [urgently] appealing that you fight strenuously for [the defense of] the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith that is the sum of Christian belief that was given verbally to believers].
4 For certain people have crept in unnoticed [just as if they were sneaking in by a side door]. They are ungodly persons whose condemnation was predicted long ago, for they distort the grace of our God into decadence and immoral freedom [viewing it as an opportunity to do whatever they want], and deny and disown our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
Jude: 11 Woe to them! For they have gone the [defiant] way of Cain, and for profit they have run headlong into the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellion of [mutinous] Korah.

A WARNING TO THE CHURCHES
WHICH ARE BEING DECEIVED
INTO ACCEPTING FALSE TEACHINGS REGARDING
SEXUAL IMMORALITY AND PERVERSIONS
The Warnings of History to the Ungodly
1 Jude, a bond-servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, [writes this letter],
2. To those who are the called (God’s chosen ones, the elect), dearly loved by God the Father, and kept [secure and set apart] for Jesus Christ: 2 May mercy and peace and love be multiplied to you [filling your heart with the spiritual well-being and serenity experienced by those who walk closely with God].
3 Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I was compelled to write to you [urgently] appealing that you fight strenuously for [the defense of] the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints [the faith that is the sum of Christian belief that was given verbally to believers]. 4 For certain people have crept in unnoticed [just as if they were sneaking in by a side door]. They are ungodly persons whose condemnation was predicted long ago, for they distort the grace of our God into decadence and immoral freedom [viewing it as an opportunity to do whatever they want], and deny anddisown our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
5 Now I want to remind you, although you are fully informed once for all, that the Lord, after saving a people out of the land of Egypt, subsequently destroyed those who did not believe [who refused to trust and obey and rely on Him]. 6 And angels who did not keep their own designated place of power, but abandoned their proper dwelling place, [these] He has kept in eternal chains under [the thick gloom of utter] darkness for the judgment of the great day, 7 just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the adjacent cities, since they in the same way as these angels indulged in gross immoral freedom and unnatural vice and sensual perversity. They are exhibited [in plain sight] as an example in undergoing the punishment of everlasting fire.
8 Nevertheless in the same way, these dreamers [who are dreaming that God will not punish them] also defile the body, and reject [legitimate] authority, and revile and mock angelic majesties. 9 But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil (Satan), and arguing about the body of Moses, did not dare bring an abusive condemnation against him, but [simply] said, “The Lord rebuke you!”10 But these men sneer at anything which they do not understand; and whatever they do know by [mere] instinct, like unreasoning andirrational beasts—by these things they are destroyed. 11 Woe to them! For they have gone the [defiant] way of Cain, and for profit they have run headlong into the error of Balaam, and perished in the rebellion of [mutinous] Korah. 12 These men are hidden reefs [elements of great danger to others] in your love feasts when they feast together with you without fear, looking after [only] themselves; [they are like] clouds without water, swept along by the winds; autumn trees without fruit, doubly dead, uprooted and lifeless; 13 wild waves of the sea, flinging up their own shame like foam; wandering stars, for whom the gloom of deep darkness has been reserved forever.
14 It was about these people that Enoch, in the seventh generationfrom Adam, prophesied, when he said, “Look, the Lord came with [i]myriads of His holy ones 15 to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all the ungodly deeds they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh and cruel things ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.” 16 These people are [habitual] murmurers, griping and complaining, following after their own desires [controlled by passion]; they speak arrogantly, [pretending admiration and] flattering people to gain an advantage.
Keep Yourselves in the Love of God
17 But as for you, beloved, remember the [prophetic] words spoken by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. 18 They used to say to you, “In the last days there will be scoffers, following after their own ungodly passions.” 19 These are the ones who are [agitators] causing divisions—worldly-minded [secular, unspiritual, carnal, merely sensual—unsaved], devoid of the Spirit. 20 But you, beloved, build yourselves up on [the foundation of] your most holy faith [continually progress, rise like an edifice higher and higher], pray in the Holy Spirit, 21 and keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously and looking forward to the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ [which will bring you] to eternal life. 22 And have mercy on some, who are doubting; 23 save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy but with fear, loathing even the clothing spotted and polluted by their shameless immoral freedom.
(THE FINAL PRAYER)
24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling or falling into sin, and to present you unblemished [blameless and faultless] in the presence of His glory with triumphant joy and unspeakable delight, 25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and power, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

I too have a tendency to promote the Love of God. Who would not when they have experienced that Love, which is greater than any love known.
I notice that you do not post comments, I don't know if this is a technical fault. One question I would like you to answer for me please. What does the Bible say about healing, and what is the instruction to us regarding receiving healing?
I believe Divine Healing of the Sick is a Privilege for Christians Today and is provided for in Christ's atonement (His sacrificial death on the cross for our sins).
I believe as with the women with the issue of blood or the man waiting by the pool of Bethesda anyone reaching out in faith can also touch the heart of God and receive supernatural blessings of many kinds and these experiences lead to trust, hope, and faith in Christ's eternal promises.
I am sorry I missed your comments Brenda -- I was involved in some intense law class work and am just now catching up.
Below is a link to one of my studies on healing. I do think unbelief is our greatest deterrent to receiving healings we pray for and next un-forgiveness seems to damage our spiritual connection enough that it hinders healing.

Brenda -- so often I feel this one scripture says it all in regard to healing.
Confess in fellowship -- not just in secret.
Then it brings healing and hope not just o you but also to others who pray with and for you.
Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. James 5: 16
